The Cooperative currently has 15,000 partners, represented by the General Assembly of Delegates selected during Preliminary Meetings. The Assembly names the Board of Governors (including the president).

Each line of business also has its own committee, made up of farmers for that market segment representing the different geographical areas in which the Cooperative operates. These committees submit proposals to the Board of Governors for approval, as the Board is the decision-making body.

Aims

One of the Cooperative's main aims is to create value in the products produced by its partners. To do this, we help them to use efficient production methods, and we gather together, process and market their products in the best way possible.

- Services for Partners
We strive to resolve their problems, helping them by doing what they are unable to do on their own.

- Improving Partner Income
We try to decrease costs of supplies for farms, and we transform and market their products, adding value.

- Freedom
Our partners are free to get involved in the activities they like. The rules that we implement are made by and for our partners.

- Multifunctional Farming
We use environmentally-friendly systems compatible with fair and proper living conditions, and we help to develop the rural environment. We are aware that we need to pass down our natural heritage, our pastureland, to future generations.
We strive to promote modern, well-developed, participatory and integrated farming methods, empowering livestock farmers.

- Co-Responsibility
Capital is provided for each activity, and the investment made in each one is made by its participants. Each activity or industry contributes 3% of its sales to the Cooperative.
We are governed by the principle of solidarity, in our financing, our sales network and our technical resources.
