As we continue to strive to offer guaranteed quality and care from start to finish, we have now set in motion the process to obtain IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification.

These standards set a series of criteria and recommendations to guarantee uniform quality and effective food safety risk management when our products leave the factory.

COVAP also holds Organic Produce Certification from the Andalusian Organic Farming Committee (CAAE) for all the processes (slaughtering, quartering, packaging and labelling) involved in the manufacture of products using animals from our herds of sheep, goats, pigs and cows.
