Dehesa and agriculture

We integrate the production of raw materials into our model with 50 farmers, who plant crops each year for COVAP, over a surface area of 1,500 hectares , allocating their winter cereal production to our ensilage and guaranteeing food safety, safety in the supply, and price stability.

Our Dehesa constitutes one of the largest oak tree forests in the world, spanning 300,000 hectares over which our farms are located and offering the necessary diet for the raising and rearing of our livestock.

Animal feed

We produce our own animal feed made from the best raw materials and adapted to each animal and each phase. We offer a safe diet, based on cereals, the fruits of the Dehesa, grass, and natural forage. Our job is to guarantee safety, quality, and service for our livestock.

Farming production

Our farms meet all the quality standards to guarantee the natural cycles, as well as the welfare of our animals. We have been taking care of our farmers for more than 65 years, improving and boosting the quality of their productions and offering them a fair price.

Our industries: dairy products, cured Ibérico products, animal feed, and our meat processing center hold the certificates with the strictest standards in terms of quality, food safety, and animal welfare and have the most advanced technology in Europe.
