Over its 65 years of history, COVAP, Cooperativa Ganadera del Valle de los Pedroches, has created a new concept in food production that goes beyond traditional agriculture and stockbreeding.
Cooperative bodies
COVAP has two fundamental bodies: the Governing Council and the Management Committee. The Governing Council is the co-operative's representative, governing and management body, and is responsible for establishing the company's general guidelines for action, supervising and ensuring compliance with the co-operative's aims, as well as guaranteeing transparent management in line with co-operative principles. For its part, the Management Committee is the executive body that leads the organisation's strategic decisions and operational management, ensuring COVAP's continuity and competitiveness.
