Governing bodies

COVAP's governing body is made up of two fundamental bodies: the Governing Council and the Management Committee. The Governing Council is responsible for supervising and overseeing the fulfilment of the co-operative's aims, as well as ensuring transparent management in line with co-operative principles. The Management Committee is the executive body that leads the organisation's strategic decisions and operational management, ensuring COVAP's continuity and competitiveness.
