We have our own Iberian breed pigs, reared in freedom in our pastures, resulting in unique shoulder iberico hams.
Production of the Iberian Shoulder Ham
We take great care of the entire production process, from the source through to the 12-month curing process in our natural curing houses under the supervision of our master ham-makers.
Acorn-fed Shoulder Ham: A Source of Health
The acorn-fed Iberian shoulder ham is very good for our health, thanks to the pigs’ natural feed based on the acorns and herbs of our pasturelands.
