COVAP en el programa “Cómetelo” de Canal Sur

El programa de cocina “Cómetelo” de Canal Sur visita el Valle de los Pedroches y las fábricas de COVAP. El cocinero y presentador del programa Enrique Sánchez, preparó la semana pasada una hamburguesa de cerdo ibérico, con carne COVAP y que constituye un pilar básico de nuestra gastronomía.


Además, durante el programa se emitió un vídeo del Valle de Los Pedroches “donde se sitúa una de las cooperativas agro-ganaderas más importantes de nuestros país: COVAP“. El vídeo recorre las instalaciones de la Cooperativa, haciendo un especial hincapié en el cerdo ibérico, raza autóctona, cuyo hábitat natural es La Dehesa; por lo que su crianza es respetuosa con el medio ambiente y contribuye el mantenimiento de este ecosistema.


La última fase de crecimiento del cerdo ibérico es la montanera, en esta fase el cerdo ibérico vive en libertad y en constante movimiento siendo este el secreto y la base de la calidad de sus carnes.
