This year, 2019, Our Alta Expresión de los Pedroches and Alta Expresión Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Pork Ham won the three gold stars Taste Award, which is the maximum recognition within the Acorn-Fed 100% Iberico Pork Hams category. Our taste, texture and aroma, together with the presentation of the product, received a score over 90% to be awarded by the 120 international professionals on the jury.
