COVAP USA is in full expansion in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Since we began exporting to the United States 10 years ago, we have experienced constant growth. Our hopes are currently placed in the first distribution center located in the Commerce Park of Toano, (Virginia), with Juan Antonio Ballesteros, America Area Manager & COO Covap-USA, at the forefront.
Last November, Juan Antonio Ballesteros said: “We considered various areas before selecting James City county as our base for operations. The proximity to Norfolk Port, easy access from the I-95 and its location in the center of the east coast were key factors.”
COVAP USA is capitalizing on the huge potential of the US market and has started to distribute Iberian products and cheeses from the Cooperative to food stores, gourmet shops and restaurants throughout North America from its new base in Virginia.
