The audit of the IFS Food Safety Standard for COVAP’s Dairy Industry was held on 21 and 22 December. During the audit, they assessed all of the processes carried out in the Dairy Industry: production of UHT milk and milk-based drinks, UHT bechamel sauce, manufacture of butter and bulk shipments of cream and milk.

Pending the final results, COVAP’s Dairy Industry has passed the audit successfully, maintaining the Superior Level rating.
